Telecaller – Telugu Speaking

We are looking for a Telugu-speaking Telecaller to join our team. Fluency in Telugu is mandatory for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, generating interest, and converting leads into appointments or sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent Telugu communication skills, a confident and persuasive personality, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Requirements

- Fluent Telugu speaking is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or lead conversion is preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly communication style.
- Ability to handle customer questions, objections, and follow-ups effectively.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales and appointment goals.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and cold-calling lists.
- Communicate with customers primarily in Telugu and explain our products or services clearly.
- Introduce and explain product/service features, benefits, offers, and promotional packages.
- Use effective sales techniques to generate interest and convert leads.
- Build and maintain robust customer rapport.




- Identify customer requirements and address questions or objections professionally.
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Follow up with interested and pending leads regularly.
- Accurately update customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up details in the database.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling, appointment, and conversion targets.
- Stay updated about the company's products, services, and ongoing offers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
