We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate (CSA) to handle customer interactions at our outlets. The CSA will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with orders, handling queries, maintaining service standards, and supporting smooth outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a friendly and professional experience.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them with menu and product selections.
- Take customer orders accurately through POS or other ordering systems.
- Process cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, prices, offers, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the kitchen/crew team to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
