Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Secunderābād. In this position, the specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls to new prospective and existing customers, present MetroRide Kids’ services, and convert leads into successful bookings or subscriptions. Daily tasks include explaining service features, addressing customer questions, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.





The role involves coordinating with operations and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and a positive experience for families.

The Telesales

Specialist will also participate in training sessions, use scripts and sales techniques effectively, and contribute feedback to improve sales and communication strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build trust with families.
- Proven Sales experience, with the ability to convert leads, meet targets, and follow structured sales processes.
- Training skills to absorb product knowledge quickly and apply guidance from sales and operations leadership.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment; familiarity with CRM or call-center software is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Secunderābād, with a focus on punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.
- Prior experience in telesales, call centers, mobility services, or child-focused services is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
