Role Description The Telesales Specialist (Freshers) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining immigration services, and responding to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. The specialist will qualify leads, maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, and follow up with interested prospects to support conversions.





Daily responsibilities include providing basic customer support over the phone, coordinating with senior team members for complex queries, and participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. The role requires consistent achievement of call and sales targets while ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients over the phone.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Support skills to convert leads and handle basic client queries effectively.
- Candidates should possess Training readiness and a willingness to learn to adapt quickly to processes and product updates.
- Candidates should have basic computer literacy and the ability to work with CRM or call management tools.
- Candidates should ideally hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in an on-site, target-driven environment and be available for full-time shifts.
- Prior experience in telesales or call centers is an added benefit but not mandatory for freshers.
