Telecaller – Job Title: Telecaller Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities: Make calls to customers and explain our products/services. Follow up with existing and new customers. Handle customer queries and provide basic information.
Maintain call and customer details properly. Coordinate with the sales/support team when required. Achieve daily calling and follow-up requirements.
