Conduct scheduled telephonic or video counselling sessions to convert leads into paid enrollments.
Maintain accurate lead data using CRM tools or Excel and provide timely follow-ups.
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
