– Telesales Executive Company: Digital Marketing Agency Location: Chennai Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years Job SummaryWe are looking for a Telesales Executive who can speak confidently with potential clients and help generate business for our digital marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, explaining our services, following up with clients, and converting leads into sales. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients.

Explain the company's digital marketing services clearly. Understand the client's business and marketing requirements. Promote services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding .

Follow up with interested clients regularly. Handle client questions and explain suitable services. Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers. Schedule meetings with the Sales/Business Development team when required.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth lead conversion.



Submit regular sales reports to the Reporting Manager.

Required

SkillsGood communication and convincing skills. Confident and friendly telephone manner. Good follow-up skills. Ability to handle customer questions and objections. Willingness to work with sales targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Positive communication in English and Tamil . Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales is preferred. QualificationAny Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.

Preferred

CandidateExperience in a Digital Marketing Agency, IT company, Advertising Agency, or similar industry will be an advantage. Should be confident, energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
