- Make daily outbound calls to assigned leads and customer databases.

- Explain services such as:

- Income Tax Return filing

- GST registration & returns

- Business/firm registration

- Shop & Establishment licence

- FSSAI/Food licence

- Tax & compliance services

- Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate service.

- Convert enquiries into paid customers.

- Follow up with interested, pending and existing customers systematically.

- Coordinate with the office team for documentation, service delivery and payment collection.

- Maintain accurate CRM updates after every call.

- Record lead status, customer requirement, next follow-up date and payment status.

- Reconnect with old/existing customers for additional services and renewals.

- Meet daily call, follow-up, sales and collection targets.

- Escalate hot leads and key customer issues to the manager immediately.

- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,805.69 per month
