About the Role

AI5 Academy is looking for a telecom professional who can teach the practical application of AI across modern telecom and network operations.

The AI5 Telecom AI programme combines telecom knowledge with Machine Learning, Generative AI, RAG, copilots, supervised agents and network-intelligence workflows rather than turning the programme into a purely coding-focused Data Science course.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live Telecom AI training.
- Explain where AI is practical across telecom operations.
- Demonstrate AI applications in network operations and NOC workflows.
- Teach network-intelligence use cases.
- Demonstrate AI-assisted troubleshooting and service assurance.
- Explain AI/ML for anomaly detection and network performance.
- Demonstrate GenAI, RAG and telecom copilots.
- Teach AI-assisted OSS/BSS workflows.
- Demonstrate supervised AI agents for telecom operations.
- Cover customer-service, fraud and revenue-related use cases where relevant.
- Guide learners through practical Telecom AI projects.
- Keep examples aligned with current telecom AI developments.

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of telecom/network experience preferred.
- Practical telecom operational knowledge.
- Experience applying AI/ML, GenAI or automation to telecom problems.
- Strong understanding of actual telecom workflows.
- Able to demonstrate real or anonymised industry cases.
- Strong live teaching and communication skills.

Python is useful but should not be the primary requirement; the focus is Telecom + AI application.
