Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to connect with prospective students, explain our skill development courses, follow up with leads, and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, eligibility, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested leads through phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable course information.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counsellor and admissions team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Handle student queries professionally.

Requirements




- Any Diploma / Degree qualification.
- Freshers can apply; 0–2 years of telecalling/sales experience preferred.
- Must be fluent in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable communicating with students and parents.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
