Telecalling Head – IVF/Fertility Centre

We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Head to lead our telecalling team, manage patient leads, improve conversions, and ensure excellent patient communication.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the telecalling team and daily operations.
- Monitor incoming enquiries, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Set and track team targets and performance metrics.
- Train and motivate telecallers on communication and patient handling.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective IVF patients.
- Coordinate with counsellors, doctors, and centre teams for appointments.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and analyse conversion data.
- Maintain CRM/lead records and ensure accurate data entry.




- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and appointment bookings.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in telecalling/team management, preferably in healthcare, IVF, or fertility.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Experience handling CRM and lead management systems.
- Target-oriented with solid follow-up and conversion skills.
- Good understanding of customer/patient counselling and relationship management.
