Job Role - Telecaller-Student Counsellor

We are looking for a confident and student-focused Telecaller - Student Counsellor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with students and understand their study-abroad goals.

Handle enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.

Provide initial guidance on suitable courses, universities and destinations.





Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

Support the counselling and enrolment process.

Maintain accurate lead and student records.

Work towards defined enrolment and performance targets.

Ideal Candidate

1+ year of experience in overseas education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong telecalling and follow-up abilities.

Skilled, confident and target-oriented approach.

Genuine interest in helping students make informed decisions.
