Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecalling Officer – Collections to support the bank's collection operations by contacting customers regarding their outstanding dues, overdue payments, and repayment schedules. The candidate will handle customer calls professionally, understand payment-related concerns, provide appropriate information, and encourage timely payment.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software applications.




- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
- Positive listening and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Tamil preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, banking collections, BPO, customer support, loan collections, credit card collections, or recovery processes will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,827.13 - ₹17,710.97 per month
