Sreenidhi Holidays is hiring a Telecaller for our Travel & Tourism team in Malleshwaram, Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and travel enquiries • Explain domestic and international tour packages • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings • Maintain customer and booking records • Coordinate with the sales and tour operations team • Provide professional customer support and follow-ups Requirements:
- Good communication and customer handling skills • Kannada and English required; Hindi preferred • Basic computer, Excel and email knowledge • Travel & tourism knowledge preferred • 1 year experience preferred Benefits: Fixed Salary Attractive Incentives Growth opportunities
