About the Role

We are looking for a confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to contact provided leads and generate orders for our Website Design & Meta Ads services.

Responsibilities

- Provided leads par calling karna
- WhatsApp par follow-up karna
- Services aur pricing explain karna
- Interested customers ko convert karna
- Daily follow-up maintain karna

Target

- 40–50 calls/day
- 8–12 confirmed orders/month

Payment

Performance & Incentive Based

- Website Order: ₹400–₹600 per order
- Meta Ads Client: ₹300–₹400 per client
- No fixed salary — earning is based on confirmed orders
- More orders = higher monthly earning
- Payment only after customer payment is received

Example:





10 orders/month = ₹3,000–₹6,000 incentive earning

Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

- Hindi mein clear communication
- Calling & sales ka confidence
