About the Role

Mohan Singh Pharmaceutical Formulations is looking for a confident and motivated Pharma Telecaller – Fresher to join our team at Barwala. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating business leads, explaining pharmaceutical products and services, and maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, distributors, stockists, and business clients.
- Introduce and explain the company’s pharmaceutical/derma product range and business offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Update lead and customer information in Excel/CRM or other company systems.




- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally and escalate technical queries when required.
- Achieve assigned daily calling and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare and submit regular calling/follow-up reports.

Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good listening, follow-up, and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about pharmaceutical products.
- Target-oriented and disciplined.
- Candidates residing in or around Barwala, Panchkula, Ambala, Zirakpur, or nearby areas will be preferred.

Work Location:Plot No. 47, Alipur, HSIIDC Industrial Area, Barwala, Haryana 124001 Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
