Telecaller / Telecalling Executive Job

Description:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain our products/services, generate leads, and maintain regular follow-ups.

The candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to achieve calling and lead-generation targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound customer calls and provide relevant information. Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.

Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects. Maintain accurate customer information and call records.

Update daily calling activities in Google Sheets / Excel / CRM.



Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team. Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Share daily/weekly calling and follow-up reports with the management. Required Skills Valuable verbal communication and convincing ability.

Hindi communication is required; Excellant English preferred. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets. Previous telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
