About the Role

Next Door Real Estate is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage expanding its operations in Kolkata. We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecallers to join our Dubai Real Estate Process.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for our Dubai-based sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 300+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
- Connect with potential investors and understand their property requirements.
- Introduce clients to Dubai real estate investment opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location, property preference, and investment plans.
- Generate qualified leads and appointments for the Dubai sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead information, call outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Dubai sales team for qualified prospects.

Requirements




- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, inside sales, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Target-oriented with a strong desire to learn and earn.
- Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Candidates from Kolkata and nearby areas are preferred.
