Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-friendly female candidate for the position of Telecaller cum Receptionist at a premium villa project site. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, coordinating site visits, welcoming customers, and supporting the sales team in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from digital marketing leads.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about the villa project.
- Explain basic project details, location, amenities, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective customers.
- Welcome customers at the project site and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, inquiries, and scheduled site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for effective lead management.
- Handle front-office and reception-related activities.




- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly reception area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Female candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu and English is required; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and WhatsApp.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Robust follow-up and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Real estate telecalling, reception, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Must be willing to work full-time from the project site.

- Confident, presentable, and professional.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Customer-friendly and polite while handling calls and visitors.
- Comfortable making calls and following up with prospective customers.
- Good at coordinating site visits and maintaining customer records.
- Should be comfortable working in a sales and marketing environment.
