Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Explain

Edlumina’s courses, programs, and services clearly. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. Follow up with leads through calls and messages. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Schedule counseling sessions, demos, and appointments. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance. Coordinate with the sales/admissions team for further follow-up. Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students and parents.



RequirementsAny Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone. Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records. Valuable follow-up and convincing skills. Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
