Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to connect with existing and potential donors over the phone, create awareness about the organization's animal welfare initiatives, and encourage donors to support ongoing rescue, treatment, and rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential donors.
- Explain the organization's animal welfare work, ongoing campaigns, and fundraising requirements.
- Build positive relationships with donors through professional and respectful communication.
- Follow up with interested donors and maintain regular communication.
- Encourage one-time and recurring donations as per assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, donor responses, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and fundraising targets.
- Handle donor queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the fundraising and reporting team regarding successful donations and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality of donor information and organizational data.
- Follow all organizational fundraising policies, calling scripts, and reporting procedures.

Eligibility & Skills




- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive communication.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Prior telecalling, fundraising, sales, or customer support experience will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations
- Daily calling and follow-up activity as assigned.
- Achievement of monthly fundraising targets.
- Accurate and timely reporting of donor interactions.
- Qualified handling of donors and maintenance of donor relationships.

Compensation Salary: As per experience and organizational structure.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked to fundraising targets and organizational policy.

Preferred Candidate A candidate who is comfortable speaking with people, understands the importance of donor communication, is target-oriented, and is genuinely interested in contributing to animal welfare initiatives.

Note: The selected candidate will be required to follow the organization's policies, fundraising guidelines, reporting procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
