Shivtara Grain Milling Pvt. Ltd. is a wheat flour milling group with mills in Hyderabad, Warangal and Vijayawada, and a family milling legacy going back to 1920. We sell through wholesale and up-to-date trade accounts across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Odisha. We are hiring 2 telecallers to work from our head office in Patancheru Industrial Area, Hyderabad.

Role & responsibilities:

- Call wholesalers who have not purchased from us for more than 2 weeks
- Find out the reason for no order (price, stock, quality, payment, competitor) and try to get a repeat order
- Pass orders, complaints and payment issues to the sales and accounts teams
- Record every call in the CRM or Excel: reason for no order, outcome and next follow-up date




- Follow up regularly and keep the wholesaler list up to date
- Be polite, patient and clear on the phone

Preferred candidate profile:

- 12th pass or above; 1 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or B2B calling (FMCG or food experience is a plus)
- Must speak English, Hindi and Telugu fluently
- Good listening and follow-up skills
- Basic computer and Excel skills
- Able to work full-time from the Patancheru office

Pay: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 22,500 per month fixed, plus incentive based on repeat orders.
