Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join Herbal Chakra. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over calls, explaining our products, generating leads, and supporting sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products and offers clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and generate quality leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
- Maintain proper call records and customer information.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned working hours.

Requirements
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.




- Good command of Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling applications.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and office environment.
- Prior telecalling/sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Compensation Salary: Up to 30,000 per month + Attractive Monthly Incentives

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.

Work From Office The selected candidate will be required to work from the office and maintain regular working hours, attendance, calling activity, and assigned performance targets.
