Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a clear-spoken, customer-friendly Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking event planning services—including stage decoration, photography, and catering. Your primary focus will be connecting with leads, understanding their event vision, explaining our packages, and scheduling face-to-face consultations or site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Engagement: Call incoming inquiries from social media, website forms, and direct references to discuss their event needs (weddings, receptions, private parties, corporate events).
- Service Explanation: Explain our core offerings—stage decoration, professional photography/videography, and catering packages—clearly and enthusiastically.
- Consultation Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointment dates for prospective clients to meet with our main event team for detailed proposals.
- Follow-ups:



Maintain structured follow-up routines with clients who have received quotes or requested additional details.
- Database Management: Keep accurate notes on client event dates, venues, budgets, and communication history.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Language Skills: Fluent in Malayalam with a good working command of English for qualified client interactions.
- Communication: Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive speaking abilities.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales inside hospitality/events is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Organization: Ability to track follow-ups, maintain client records, and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.

Work Location & Schedule

- Working Hours: Regular day shifts (may require short weekend follow-ups during peak wedding/event seasons).
- Location: Based at our main office in Vazhuthacadu, Thiruvananthapuram.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
