Tele Calling Executive

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹8,000/month + Incentives
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls & WhatsApp
- Explain PondyBooking travel packages and services
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings
- Maintain customer and enquiry details
- Coordinate with the team for confirmed bookings
- Provide friendly and skilled customer support
Eligibility :
Degree : Any degree
Communication : Tamil and English communication must
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers are welcome to apply!
- Experience in telecalling/sales is an added advantage
