Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with prospective clients/customers, provide relevant information, and support lead generation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Explain products, services, programs, or offerings clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance or conversion.




- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive approach during calls.

Requirements:

- Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and data entry.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Previous telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
