About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain company products/services.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- Maintain basic records of calls and customer interactions.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
- Ability to work towards targets.
