We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain products/services and generate interest among customers.
- Maintain a database of customer information and follow up as required.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve their concerns professionally.
- Maintain good customer relations and provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.




- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
