Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service.

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.

- Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns via phone or email.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for call volume, conversion rates, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or related field (customer care/support).

- Robust communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.

- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
