ReUNITED is a structured real estate collaboration platform built for brokers and real estate professionals. We help brokers discover opportunities, collaborate beyond their local markets, and build a more organized deal-making pipeline.

We are looking for a confident, energetic and enthusiastic Telecaller who can connect with real estate professionals, build conversations, generate interest and convert prospects into active users.

The Role

This is not just a calling job. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands how to build rapport, has a natural sales instinct and can confidently turn a conversation into an opportunity.

- Professional, articulate and well-groomed communication style
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, real estate sales, lead generation or business development will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to leads we receive through campaigns
- Introduce ReUNITED and clearly communicate its value proposition




- Generate interest and convert prospects into registrations/users
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Understand prospect requirements and communicate relevant benefits
- Handle questions, objections and concerns confidently
- Maintain accurate calling and follow-up records
- Consistently work towards daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Build positive relationships with brokers and real estate professionals
- Coordinating and distributing the leads to respected franchises The Ideal Candidate
