Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries and leads received through IndiaMART.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Share company product details, photos, videos, and specifications.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and client meetings.
- Maintain customer details and enquiry records.
- Generate business opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
- Experience in IndiaMART lead management or telecalling preferred.
- Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹8,671.28 - ₹9,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
