About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Telecaller. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
- Demonstrate and explain Ominiflow’s services and solutions to potential clients
- Explain our products/services clearly and answer basic customer queries
- Follow up with interested customers and leads
- Maintain basic customer information and call records
- Coordinate with the sales team
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Requirements
- Positive communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Hindi & English
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers
- Comfortable making phone calls
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
