Hiring: Telecaller | Chennai (Taramani)

We're looking for enthusiastic and confident professionals to join our team!

Location: Taramani, Chennai

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct cold calls to invite professionals for industry events.

✅ Explain event benefits and encourage registrations.

✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls.

✅ Follow up with interested participants and confirm attendance.

✅ Maintain accurate participant data and update the CRM system.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for seamless event registrations.

✅ Achieve participation and registration targets.

Preferred Skills

✔ Positive communication and convincing skills. (Hindi is Preferable)

✔ Experience in telecalling, customer service, or event coordination is an advantage.

✔ Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools.
