Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads.

- Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers.

- Understand customers requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.

- Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.





- Follow up with existing leads to convert them into site visits and potential sales.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM systems.

- Good convincing and follow-up skills.

- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.

- Prior experience in real estate telecalling, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
