Responsibilities

- Deploy AI agents and workflows for enterprise customers.

- Customize AI solutions based on customer needs and feedback.

- Translate business problems into technical solutions.

- Work with Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform.

- Lead a small engineering team for customer deployments.

- Balance hands-on development with team and stakeholder management.

- Track customer KPIs and drive measurable business outcomes.

- Support pilots and help expand customer adoption.

- Shape best practices for enterprise AI deployments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, or consulting.

- Business/Technology Consulting experience.

- Experience with LLMs, AI copilots, assistants, or workflow automation.

- Understanding of AI systems in production environments.

- Strong product and business thinking.

- Experience managing engineers or leading small teams.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work in rapid-paced and ambiguous environments.
