Role Purpose Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system, and support the implementation of business processes.

Areas of Responsibility

- Requirement Gathering: Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements in line with project goals.

- Feasibility Analysis: Assist in feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, noting preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes.

- Solution Design: Contribute to solution design by identifying customization requirements across multiple modules, based on understanding of functional requirements and its linkage to technical requirements.

- Configuration and Customization: Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system, and support implementation of business processes.

- Technology Harmonisation: Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess the data flow between multiple applications.

- Troubleshooting and Optimisation: Analyse performance issues and optimise configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications.

- Documentation: Create detailed functional and technical documentation including design documents and process documents.





Additional Responsibilities The Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, governing, and supporting enterprise-scale AI platforms leveraging MCP Servers, Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, enterprise integrations, and automation platforms. The role will focus on building secure, scalable, and resilient AI ecosystems that enable intelligent agents, copilots, workflow automation, business process orchestration, and AI-powered enterprise services.

WO Rate: 250k

Experience:

- 8+ years in ServiceNow development experience.
- 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture/platform engineering.
- 3+ years in AI/ML engineering.
- Experience in working with enterprise AI solutions in production environments [using NowAssist LLM + Claude Anthropic LLM].
- Knowledge on AWS is an added advantage.
- Experience with ServiceNow AI governance, compliance, and security frameworks.

Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow Integrations and Automation.
