Preferred candidate profile

As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality function supporting R&D;, pilot trials, and manufacturing activities. You will be responsible for hands-on testing, inspection, measurement, and data collection across materials, components, processes, and products.

The role involves working closely with Quality and R&D; teams to ensure reliable measurements, accurate data, proper equipment handling, and consistent quality practices. You will also get exposure to metrology, laboratory instrumentation, GD&T;, and experimental quality methods in a fast-paced deep-tech environment.

What You Will Do (Role & responsibilities)

- Perform incoming, in-process, and experimental QC testing for R&D;, pilot trials, and manufacturing activities.
- Operate, maintain, and perform routine checks of laboratory instruments and measurement equipment.
- Perform dimensional inspection using metrology tools and apply basic GD&T; concepts.
- Record and analyze test data,



identify abnormalities or variability, and support R&D; and Quality teams in implementing improved quality practices.

What We Are Looking For

- Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or a related engineering discipline with 03 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience or interest in laboratory testing, inspection, metrology, instrumentation, or production quality.
- Ability to follow test methods, SOPs, safety requirements, and data integrity practices with strong attention to detail.
