Role Description The Technical Trainer role in Bhopal is a full-time, on-site position responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to learners from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. The role includes planning and conducting classroom sessions, creating and updating training materials, and using interactive teaching methods to build digital and technical skills aligned with industry requirements.

The Technical

Trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, tests, and practical projects, provide constructive feedback, and offer academic and career guidance to support successful course completion and employability. The position also involves coordinating with center staff, maintaining training records, participating in curriculum enhancements, and supporting placement activities by aligning training with employer expectations.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Technical Training and experience working in roles as Technical Trainers.
- Candidates should have solid skills in Training & Development, including curriculum delivery, learner engagement, and skills assessment.
- Candidates should demonstrate effective Communication and Training skills to explain technical concepts clearly and support diverse learners.
- Relevant experience in digital skills, IT, or technology-related domains, with the ability to teach foundational and job-oriented technical content.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields; professional certifications in training or technology are an advantage.
- Prior experience in classroom or vocational training, especially with youth from varied backgrounds, and familiarity with outcome-based skilling programs.
- Proficiency in English and local language, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools, learning management systems, and basic office software for training delivery and reporting.

Deliver training programs as per the project plan, ensuring 100% completion of planned student training modules.
- Monitor and reduce dropout ratio, taking proactive measures to retain students through engagement and intervention.
- Provide mentoring and academic support to students, assisting them with technical doubts and career guidance.




- Maintain batch average attendance as per organizational benchmarks, ensuring student participation and engagement.
- Regularly upgrade personal domain knowledge, staying current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to student placement efforts: track nomination-to-interview ratios, support placement preparation, and liaise with placement teams.
- Guide active students to complete their projects successfully, ensuring projects are industry-relevant and aligned with learning objectives.
- Maintain high trainer utilization, effectively planning and delivering sessions to optimize time and resources. • Follow the training and upgrade plan, attending upskilling sessions, certifications, or internal workshops as required.
- Ability to train trainers, teachers on the above skills
- Ability to conduct TTT program online
- At least intermediate proficiency in using online meeting platforms like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Skype etc. and different meeting features like breakout rooms, polls, questions, whiteboard etc. offered by at least one of these platforms • Should be comfortable driving day long online training sessions Desired profile

● Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.), well experienced Technical Trainer in Java, Python.

● At least 2-3 years of experience in conducting similar TTT programs for trainers. Exposure to corporate training will be an advantage.

● Well experienced in conducting online training and using features of online meeting platforms

● Experience in student placements or working with placement teams is a plus.

● Certified on any TTT programme to serve as an advantage
