About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to customers/users. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for warehouse applications, ensuring smooth application and operational support.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and set up mobile, web, and desktop applications.
- Coordinate with Development/Technical teams for application-related issues and enhancements.
- Provide training and demonstrations to warehouse users on applications, systems, and processes.
- Support users during application implementation, updates, and configuration changes.
- Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Work according to US business hours and provide support to US-based users/customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical/Application/IT Support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience with mobile, web, and desktop applications
- Good understanding of software installation, configuration, connectivity, and system troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with good customer-handling.
- Ability to provide training and technical guidance to end users.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management software setting.
- Experience supporting US-based clients/customers.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, or web/mobile/desktop applications will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Asana or similar task/ticket management tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
