About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Event Production Technician to support meetings, webinars, live events, and executive briefings. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a robust background in audio-visual production, meeting support, and live event technologies.

You'll work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver seamless conferencing and streaming experiences, both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and support daily meetings, webinars, and live events.
- Provide onsite and remote meeting support using collaboration platforms.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot A/V conferencing equipment before and during events.
- Support executive meetings with high-quality audio and video delivery.
- Operate and monitor live streaming/broadcasting platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Windows, Mac, and conferencing environments.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in meeting support processes and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (IT preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in Audio-Visual (A/V) operations or meeting support.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience supporting executive-level meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Flexible to support business requirements, including occasional on-call support.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Streaming & broadcasting tools: vMix, OBS, Microsoft Teams, Teams Live Events, Kaltura
- Audio-visual production and meeting room technologies
- Remote conferencing and webinar support
