Role & responsibilities

- Preparation and review of P&ID;, PFD, and BFD for process design and modification projects.

- Perform Material and Energy Balance calculations for current and existing processes.

- Strong understanding of Unit Operations and Unit Processes in the chemical manufacturing industry.

- Participate in and lead HAZOP, HIRA, PSSR, RCA, and CAPA activities to ensure process safety and continuous improvement.

- Design, evaluation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of Heat Exchangers.

- Preparation of CAPEX proposals, techno-commercial evaluations, project execution, and plant commissioning activities.

- Conduct pilot plant trials, process validation, technology transfer, and scale-up from laboratory to commercial production.

- Knowledge of selection, operation, and troubleshooting of Pumps and Agitators.

- Perform Pipe Sizing calculations and select appropriate Materials of Construction (MOC) based on process requirements.

- Utilize SAP for project tracking, maintenance coordination, material management, and documentation control.
