- Relationship Building:

- Engage with site engineers, architects, civil contractors, masons, and dealers to explain product parameters (TMT) and drive brand adoption.

- Conduct technical discussions at project sites and dealer counters to convert technical awareness into brand selection. 2. Site Visits &
- Field Coverage:

- Plan and execute daily/weekly field itineraries to visit construction sites, project locations, and dealer outlets.

- Work closely with the Sales team to generate new leads,



follow up on project requirements, and convert site enquiries. 3.

Influencer Program

Management

- Onboard new influencers (Masons, Contractors, Engineers) into loyalty/reward programs.

- Maintain strong relationships and drive engagement for repeat business and references. 4. Reporting &
- Market Intelligence:

- Submit daily visit reports, competitor activity, and market feedback.

- Support in technical presentations and product demonstrations. Salary &
