Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT and non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of domestic staffing industry trends and market conditions.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients and candidates alike.
