About the Role
Teceze is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various technical roles while ensuring timely closure of requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/HR interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams on recruitment requirements.
- Track interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining status.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Ensure candidates are engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet monthly recruitment targets and closure timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job profiles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
