Role Summary

Manage portal content, user access, and technical publications while ensuring compliance with company and global policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support portal enhancements.

What Youll Do

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Update and maintain portal content, technical publications, and customer resources
- Collaborate with Field Support Managers and Contract Team for access control
- Collaborate with Digital Technology to support portal enhancement
- Ensure compliance with Company & Global Trade Policies and Procedures, and privacy regulations

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):




- Experience in technical publications domain or similar
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Knowledge of portal content management
- Understanding of compliance with Company & Global Trade Policies and Procedures, privacy regulations
