Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10 14 years of overall experience, including 3 4 years of project management experience, to lead end-to-end data and cloud projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Data Engineering, AWS cloud services, Snowflake, data migration, and cloud architecture, along with proven experience in project delivery, client management, resource planning, and technical leadership.

The candidate will be responsible for owning project delivery from planning through implementation, ensuring quality, timelines, productivity, stakeholder satisfaction, and successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Project &

- Delivery Management

- Take complete ownership of projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery through closure.

- Manage end-to-end project activities while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and budgets.

- Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.

- Estimate project effort, prepare proposals, and support resource planning and allocation.

- Delegate tasks, track progress, monitor team productivity, and ensure effective resource utilization.

- Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, risks, issues, and action plans.

- Identify project risks and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Use project management tools and methodologies to track deliverables and project progress.

Data &
- Technical Leadership

- Provide technical leadership across data engineering, data architecture, data modelling, and data integration initiatives.

- Demonstrate robust understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, data storage, computation frameworks, and data processing architectures.

- Provide hands-on technical guidance in designing and implementing data pipelines and data models.

- Work closely with technical teams to define scalable, reliable, and high-performance data solutions.

- Establish and promote best practices,



standards, and guidelines for design, development, deployment, support, analytics, and data mining.

- Support technical troubleshooting and performance optimization of data platforms and applications.

Cloud &
- Data Engineering

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of AWS data services and cloud-native technologies.

- Understand public and private cloud architectures, including their advantages, limitations, migration considerations, and implementation approaches.

- Lead and support on-premises to cloud data migration projects.

- Work with teams on cloud-based data platforms, data pipelines, integration frameworks, and analytics solutions.

- Experience with Snowflake is preferred.

- Strong understanding of SQL and data integration technologies is required.

- Good understanding of data visualization and analytics platforms.

Client &
- Stakeholder Management

- Own client communication and ensure successful delivery of client commitments.

- Conduct client presentations, project reviews, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs.

- Build strong relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- Influence stakeholders and technical teams to drive project objectives and resolve complex issues.

- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, analytics, infrastructure, and business teams.

Team Leadership &
- Mentoring

- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and guidance to engineers and project team members.

- 10 14 years of overall IT experience.

- 3 4 years of hands-on Project Management / Technical Project Management experience.

- Strong knowledge of AWS data services and cloud environments.

- Experience with data architecture, data integration, and cloud-native technologies.

- Experience with on-premises to cloud data migration.

- Strong SQL knowledge.
