We’re hiring a Technical Program Lead to lead complex Sustainability & Climate technology initiatives, including large-scale AWS-to-GCP cloud migration and enterprise technology integration programs.

This is a highly technical program leadership role — not a traditional PM, PMO, or project-coordination position.

We’re looking for someone who is technically strong enough to understand architecture, challenge technical decisions, identify dependencies, and help unblock engineering teams when they get stuck.

? Role Overview

- Lead end-to-end technical programs across engineering, cloud, data and application teams
- Drive AWS-to-GCP migration and complex technology integration initiatives
- Work closely with engineering, cloud, data and architecture teams
- Understand and manage technical workstreams, dependencies, risks and blockers
- Engage deeply with architecture, APIs, integrations, databases and cloud services
- Understand AWS→GCP service mapping and migration dependencies
- Drive testing, validation, data reconciliation, cutover and production readiness
- Help technically unblock teams and facilitate resolution of complex engineering issues
- Manage stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting

? MUST-HAVE

- 10+ years in Technical Program Management / Technical Delivery / Engineering Leadership
- Strong technical depth — not a traditional PM/Delivery Manager profile
- Experience delivering complex, multi-team technical programs




- Strong understanding of software architecture, application components, APIs, integrations and databases
- Strong AWS + GCP knowledge
- Hands-on AWS→GCP migration experience — MUST-HAVE
- Ability to explain AWS→GCP service mapping, architecture, dependencies and migration decisions
- Experience with migration planning, testing, validation, reconciliation, cutover and production readiness
- Ability to work closely with engineers and technically unblock teams when issues arise
- Strong technical risk, dependency and stakeholder management
- Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and senior/executive stakeholders

? Sustainability, Climate & Geospatial Context The role involves working with location-based data, sustainability information and climate/physical-risk data.

Geospatial/GIS experience is not a hard requirement, but it is a valuable differentiator.

Relevant exposure could include

- Geospatial/location-based data
- Coordinates, latitude/longitude or geographic boundaries
- Spatial datasets or spatial databases
- Mapping/location APIs
- GeoJSON / PostGIS
- Property/location-based applications
- Climate, flood, wildfire or other physical-risk data

Candidates who understand how software, cloud,



data and geospatial systems come together will be particularly relevant.

Candidates with primarily PMO / project coordination / status tracking / governance experience without strong technical depth are not the target profile.

You should be comfortable discussing technical decisions with architects, cloud engineers, developers and data engineers, and should have enough technical understanding to challenge assumptions and help resolve blockers.
