Position: Technical Product Manager – Healthcare

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with strong technical knowledge, healthcare domain understanding, and project management experience to manage healthcare product development from requirement gathering through development, testing, quality validation, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete product development lifecycle for healthcare software/products.
- Work closely with healthcare stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and internal teams to understand and define product requirements.
- Translate business and healthcare requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Coordinate and manage projects throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and overall product progress.
- Work closely with developers to ensure product features are developed according to requirements.
- Review product development progress and perform product compilation, quality checking, and validation before release.
- Coordinate with QA teams for testing, defect tracking, and resolution.
- Conduct requirement reviews, product demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.
- Identify product issues, risks, and improvement opportunities and coordinate appropriate solutions.




- Ensure healthcare products meet business requirements, usability expectations, and defined quality standards.
- Maintain product requirements, workflows, technical documentation, and project-related documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product releases and continuous product improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Technical Product Manager / Product Manager / Product Owner / Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of Healthcare Software/Product Development.
- Positive knowledge of SDLC and software development processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of software products, development workflows, and system requirements.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional team coordination.
- Experience in product quality checking, validation, testing, and release management.
- Good understanding of requirements gathering, documentation, development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualification & Preference
- Any Graduate.
- Relevant experience in Healthcare Product Management / Healthcare IT / Software Product Development will be preferred.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
