Role & responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and business challenges through discussions, calls, and meetings.

- Analyze requirements and recommend appropriate technical products or solutions.

- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, quotations, solution documents, and product demonstrations.

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and advantages to customers.

- Coordinate with technical, engineering, and product teams to develop customized solutions.

- Respond to customer technical queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Prepare solution architecture, scope of work, specifications, and other technical documentation.

- Conduct product comparisons and competitor analysis from a technical perspective.

- Assist the sales team during negotiations by providing technical clarification and solution details.

- Follow up with customers and ensure timely submission of technical proposals.

- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, technologies, and industry trends.

- Support the sales team from initial enquiry through technical closure and order confirmation.
