nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- n
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Payments, Lending, Insurance or Insurtech Operationsn
- Solid experience in Claims Operations, Settlements, Reconciliation, Payouts or Dispute Managementn
- Proven ownership of recurring, high-volume operational processes from data/enrolment through claims and settlementn
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills with working knowledge of SQL or BI toolsn
- Experience creating and implementing SOPs, TAT metrics, process improvements and operational dashboardsn
- Strong stakeholder and partner communication skills with excellent numerical and operational disciplinen
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage enrolment, data feeds and exception handlingn
- Own claims intake, adjudication, payouts and TAT trackingn
- Manage partner & insurer settlements and reconciliationsn
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and operational reportsn
- Build SOPs and launch checklists for new programsn
- Identify process gaps and drive automation with Data/Productn
- Manage and guide Operations Analystsn
- Conduct program-level deep-dives and improve processesn
nNICE TO HAVE: RTO/Shipping Protection, Embedded Insurance, Device Protection, Extended Warranty or insurer-side operations experience.
